Meet Ashley.

A true believer that everything happens for a reason, Ashley’s journey to the Texas Coast was written in the waves. After several home-hunting trips with her husband, by 2021 they’d closed on the coastal home of their dreams.

Inspired by her own experience buying in the Coastal Bend, Ashley earned her Texas real estate license in 2022 and joined eXp Realty. Quickly recognizing her natural eye for detail, organization, and client care, she transitioned into the role of Listing Coordinator for The Island Life Collective | Coastal Bend in early 2025.

Today, Ashley plays an integral role in bringing every property to market — managing everything from prep to close with precision and heart. Together, she and Mel take each listing to the next level, ensuring every client experience shines as bright as the island sun.
